Ordinarily yes, but don't take our word for it, download the program and run it. It costs you nothing
See what it finds. After you've verified that your files are indeed there, you can purchase the key to unlock the save portion of the program. The less you use your computer, the better the chances are of a successful recovery. Even though you did not format, using the format recovery setting might turn up the best results for you. If you still need to locate other files, you could run a 'complete' search to see if it locates the specific files that you want.
