OK...
After the fast format recovery, I got a list of files. The only recognizable ones were "Overwritten" in the Recovery column. These were repeated multiple times (there were only about 6 or so unique file names, each repeated in groups multiple times). There were a bunch of .CHK files, a few .LOG and .TMP files.
As for the full recover that you asked me to do, it's been running for about 6 hours now and it's still got a LONG time to go.
It will probably take most of tomorrow to finish (based on the last full recover I ran).
