Disappointed
After reading all the good things about Recover My Files, I had a friend stop at a well known computer store to see if a copy was available there. There was and he bought it for me. However, when I opened the box and loaded it on to my computer, running Vista, I discovered it was version 3.22 and not the latest version. The box even said New on it but I guess even an old version can say New. I would return the box but the computer store is going out of business and so all sales are final. I would not like to have to use the phrase" I guess I'm stuck with this old version" and I know it's not the most current version but will version 3.22 still do what I need it to do? And that is look for a deleted Outlook .pst file. Any help will be appreciated. Oh, one more thing. Can you print the version number on the box or CD so it can be verified what version a person buys before finding out it's an old version?
