Yes - RAID will cause a problem. If it is a stripped RAID then one file can be stored over multiple disks. The current version of Recover My Files does not have RAID support. It is a feature that we will include in version 4 of Recover My Files when it is released later this year.

You will have to look for RAID recovery software.
