Hi.

I've got 2 physical HDDs.
One is divided into 2 partitions (40GB&130GB - C: & D: )
The other one was a single partition (287GB - E: )

When I reformatted the 40GB and reinstalled WinXPpro on it, something went wrong with the 287GB partition.
It just disappeared.

The disk itself shows up in diskpart and diskmgmt, but apparently it only contains unallocated data and there's no sign of any partition.

From what Altavista & Google have tought me, my best guess is that the Windows Installer messed with my HDDs MBR.

Is that something that this software could help straighten out?
If that's the case, how would i fix it?

If not I'll just try that DiskPatch from DIY.
