The files that have names starting with "Recovered...." are found by searching for the header and footer of the file. With movie files, because they are so large, they are usually fragmented or can be easily overwritten and corrupted. This is which they ones that you have found with names like this do not play.

You best option is to run a "Complete Format Recover" of the drive letter. Search only for the default selected file types, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .avi, .jpeg, .bmp, .pdf, .zip. Don't add movie file types to the search, you don't need to as it will just slow the search down. A the end of the search look in Folder View of the results screen for your files.
