Stopping
I am running the Complete Format Search on my HDD that was failing. My computer indicated that the drive had 0 bytes used, 0 bytes available, and 0 bytes capacity. I suspect the MFT was corrupted.
The strange thing is the search has been running for 16 hours now and is only halfway done.
I would like to save what progress I have so far in case of a power outtage or something like that... another 16 hours is a very long time to hope nothing goes wrong.
Is it possible to stop mid-search, save what you have and continue where you left off?
