Hi,

Run this test to see if Recover My Files recognizes .cpr files as another type.

Place some cpr files in a folder called C:\TEST.

Now run Recover My Files and select "Complete File Search". Click NEXT.

In the drive selection window, click on "add folder to search" and add the C:\TEST folder. Once added, tick it, click NEXT, and continue past the message about not drive selected to be searched.

In the file type selection window, select every file type (put a tick in the box next to the group heading - i.e. Documents, so that all types are selected).

Now run the search. In the results screen, do you see the .cpr files listed as another type?
