Default Save Files Process Taking a While

Greetings,

I have a 1TB volume that is made of up 6 200Gb Hard Drives in a raid 5 configuration using a Promise SX6000 card. Some how my volume got corrupted, and I used this tool to recover it. I probably just over 500Gb worth of data. The Quick Recovery process took roughly 13 hours, using the default file types. The save process is taking just about as long. It's been 10 hours and only 149Gb of data has been transferred over to my Seagate FreeAgent Xtreme 1.5Tb external HDD. I am using my onboard USB ports which are all USB2.0 (Asus PC-DL mobo), and the OS is Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2.

Is this normal? I have red there were power management issues with the seagate that may render the USB port to start communicating USB v1. The work aroung for this is to disconnect and reconnect the power and USB cable.

Now for the relevant question that you **** can answer. Can I cancel the "Save My Files" process and continue it where it left off. I have been noticing that the checkboxes have been altered when a subdirectories file have been transeferred. I just don't want to start this whole process again from the start.

Thank you for any input you can provide.

Kick *** app BTW!
