Yes in general, the files would have been deleted over time as the voice files on the card are transferred to a computer hard drive. Unfortunately, the computer hard drive crashed and had to be completely reimaged. I was hoping to recover the files recorded during the week of January 5 from the card but can only retrieve files back to January 20. As I mentioned I can also retrieve about 20 files from 2006.

I will contact support for instructions on making an image of the card.
