Recover My Files is a data recovery tool, not a drive repair tool.

A good data recovery tool will force you to save the files you have found to another drive. Why? because if you start trying to repair a drive and it does not work, then you will have changed the content of the drive and run the very real risk of making data recovery much more difficult.

If you want to try and repair the drive, if the data on the drive is of value to you, then I would first try getting a copy of it off the drive.

If you run a Complete Format Recover with Recover My Files you should be able to see the entire file and folder structure in folder view of the search results screen.
