If new videos have been written to the sd card then they have overwritten and destroyed any delete data, so that can no longer be used as a source of recovery.
You should try and limit the use of your computer - the more you use it, the more chance you have that data will be written to the drive (either by you or Windows) and the greater the possibility that deleted files will be overwritten and destroyed.
The first thing to try is to download Recover My Files and run a Fast File Search on the C: drive and the Recycler. Search for the JPEG file type only. Look for your MTS files in "Folder View" of the search results screen.
