mmm - your file and folder structure is probably now very screwed up.
I suggest your download Recover My Files from
http://download.getdata.com/RecoverMyFiles-Setup.exe and run a Complete Format Recover search of the phsycial drive using only the pre-selected file types.
Look both in File View and Folder View of the search results screen for your files.
If you do not get good results, then try a Complete File Search on the drive letter for specific file types.
