Sorry for the delay in responding to you - spam posters here screw up my new message notification (grrrr) and I missed your post.
Have you tried Recover My Files v3.98 and run a Complete Format Recover on the physical drive? There are instructions in the first sticky post of this forum - what are the results.
I would also suggest you try the beta version of RMF v4 - as it has some new fancy partition validation - send an email to
support@getdata.com and request a beta copy of RMFv4.
