Not saving all files?
My computer was recently reformatted. I know I had a lot of files on there and I have been working frantically to bring them back.
I finally broke down and bought this program because a lot of people were saying that it was the best.
When I used the trial I was impressed that it said it had found 41271 of my digital camera files. I had to buy it after that.
Unfortunately, when I click "save" it only saves 13103 of those images.
It claims to have saved the rest but they are not in the folder with the others.
It also freezes when it says it is saving image number 41271. Well, not really freezes but just keeps saying that it is saving that image. I let it run for about 10 hours and it was still doing it so I canceled it.
It only found the images that the other programs found, so I have done nothing but waste 60-something dollars (which I don't have to throw away, mind you!)
So now I am really really upset.
Is there any way to fix this issue... if not, is there ANY way to get my money back?
Since it said it had found all these files, it isn't right for it to just NOT RESTORE THEM! right?
