I am running Recover My Files V4 on an Iomega external 500GB USB drive that died (Windows says it needs formatting). I started it yesterday and at this rate it should take about 8 days to complete!

It's currently scanning block 123,115,000 of 976,000,000 (roughly). Is this possible??
