Default eMachine Format -Help

Hi, I am in a real pickle.
I have a notebook that I sent back to get warranty work done on. The video card blew up. I called and when I talked to the representative at eMachines he specifically mentioned to me that my data would be safe (should have been my first clue). Anyway, as you can tell, the formatted my drive and reinstalled the operating system WIN XP home. I had pictures of my first born on there and many, many other pic's.
When I run RMF, Full Format Recovery, I can preview all critical files in the preview window but they will not recover? What can i do... very frustrating, like I said .. I can see them but I can't get them.. almost seems like a tease.

I have the latest version as I just upgraded.
One thing to note, I can running it off of another machine, as your help section suggested. Share the RecoverMyFiles folder and run it on the problem machine and then map a drive to the machine that will host the recover files..

Any help or guidance would be welcomed..

Thanks in advanced.. by the way it has been running now for about 14 hours..

Exactly why cant you save the files? Have you purchased an activation key and entered it into the program?

Red face Insuffient rights on directory..but no warning

I guess the issue was ... RMF showed that it was coping the files to teh network drive.. then when finished it noted that 192911 or 192911 files encountered errors.. but there was not error mentioning that the program did not have suffient rights to the directory.. Did not have write capabilties..
Odd usually a program errors out right away..

Anyway, adjusted the rights issue and the files copied over... only took about 17 hours... somethign really wired as well.. I now have about 5 copies of each file recovered? Not sure about that one.. that's lots of stuff for me to go through.. but I have the data... which is them main issue at hand..

All in all this product has saved me a few times already..
