I have the same problem.
I bought yesterday, sunday 30 september the code by credit card and the code was sent to me but the the softwarer doesn't aceept it. I use the release 3.98 (5104). I could send my order number if it is needed. What's wrong in all it? What could I do? I need to recover some files, this the reason why I spent 81,4 euro (not dollars) thanksdott. prof.
