Activation not working
Has anyone had problems activating following purchase? I received my confirmation email with "name" and "activation key", entered them via copy and paste multiple times, and can't the product to activate.

It is possible that you are not using the latest version of the program. I suggest you go to www.recovermyfiles.com and click on support and send a request to suppport for a new key.
