Hello everyone,
I tried following the instructions on the website so that my ipod apperas as a drive letter. However in my itunes options once my ipod is connected, the panel won't give me the "enable disk use option", it shows up but it won't let me click it. Can anyone help? I am so desperate to get all my songs back (about 3,000 of them). Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |

Camikize,
If you have the latest iTunes, just above the Enable Disk Use is an option Manually manage music, Untick it. You then should be able to select Enable disk use. One thing I have noticed is the options some times do appear as greyed but you can select them. Kevin |
