Were these files deleted and emptied from the recycle bin? Or were they lost due to a format or a drive error?

If the drive was formatted you need to run a "Complete Format Recover" of the "physical drive" searching for ONLY the default selected file types (.doc, .xls, pdf, .avi, .bmp .zip, .jpeg).

Recover My Files uses these default selected file types to find the old file system (OS Items). At the end of the search it will rebuild the old file system and display it to you in "Folder View" of the results screen. This is where you should look for your IMM and IMH files.

Does this drive bad sectors? The search should never run for more than 24hours.

Please contact me and I will connect to your pc and take a look.

Thank you.
