If you tell me how your files were lost I can give you the best instructions to recover with full file and folder names.

Thank you.

You should first try a Fast Format Recover. In the drive selection window, select the "physical drive" (you should be able to tell which one it is by the size). Check in Folder View of the Recover My Files results screen for your full file and folder names. It will take about 40 minutes to run.

If the Fast Format Recover does not work you should next run a "Complete Format Recover". Search the physical drive and in the file type selection window, search only for the default selected file types (.doc, .xls, .pdf, .avi, .wav, .bmp, zip, .jpg). At the end of the search the program will rebuild the old file system and display it in Folder View, check here for your full file and folder names.
