Default Corrupt File Preview Not Available

I'm using the evaluation version and to recover my picture and video.
Found quite a number of JPEG files but most of them Preview not available and corrupt file shown. Is it means those I have no chance to recover ?

If a preview is not avaialbe and the corrupt file message is displayed then the chances of a the file being able to be opened once saved are very low.

How exactly were your photos and videos deleted or lost? There may be a different type of search that you can run which will give you better results.

Thank you

You need to use Recover My Files (www.recovermyfiles.com) to run a Complete Format Recover of your drive. If you can no longer see the drive letter, search the physical drive. Search only for the default selected file types and at the end of the search look in Folder View of the results screen for your recovered files.
