User Name And Key
I purchased recover my files retail software. I exe****d the software from the CD. Now that I have identified the files I want to recover, the program is asking for a username and key as if I purchased on line. Whats the solution to go forward with saving my lost files?

This sounds very odd. Please send me an email with the details about where you purchased the software and the activation key that is in the box. What is the version and build number of the program that you are currently running? (click on HELP > ABOUT to find this). Thank you.
