i have a maxtor external harddrive, and i didn't do anything and somehow a part of the files are missing for example: there's a lot of folders in the harddrive, one of those folders has 100 files and i can only see 5 files, i can't see the rest of the 95 files, its not deleted because the amount of space it takes from my harddrive its still there, i've tried unhide files and it still didn't work.
can your program help my propblem? if yes, which one do i need to choose to recover my files? -complete file search or -complete format recorvery? thank you |

Assuming that your files aren't still on your drive somewhere (it is possible that they have been moved to another folder), I would recommend running a Complete Format Recover on the drive.
Try this and let me know if it finds your files. |
