problem with key
I recently purchased RMF, but it will not accept my code key to open the full version of the software.
I need it asap, there is something wrong at the other site so I couldn't file a ticket.....any suggestions?

Data Recovery
I have checked the key sent to you and it is valid. Please make sure you cut and paste both the name and the key exactly as it was sent to you in the email.
Can you also tell me what the version number is of the program that you are running (click HELP > ABOUT) as your key may not activate old versioins. Thank you.
