Didnt get the deleted partition

I partitioned the disk, which was a win98/winxp dual boot.
copied mydocuments from c:\ to networkdrive before that
Installed winxp on c:\ now quick formatted as ntfs
copied back the mydocs from network (samba on redhat)

"Deleted the mydocs from network" [Shame on me]

Again HAD to format the windows.. this time did a detailed format.
Installed winxp again
This time I remember I didnt copy the mydocs to network
Is everything gone ?

Tried your software

It found the WINXP installation intact on D:\ earlier. But not a trace of my intermediate WinXP installation on C:\ in which the MyDocs was saved properly. It even finds the Mydocs which was in FAT (win98) though as recovered file and partially. But no trace of the NTFS partition I made in between.

I hope my problem is clear
Also I hope there will be a solution
