i used the trial version to find files - which is why i bought the software. after 48 hours of intense searching, i don't see anything other than the selected file types. maybe i misread when the option to select only five types of files will help rebuild partitions?
alright, here's question one: i if decide to perform another search without saving the files that were found, are they erased? question two: while performing the search i don't see a preview for the files that i found with the trial version. have i made a mistake somewhere? i have to hoenstly say that i'm performing another search the same way - and there has only been one file out of 39,000 found so far. am i up the creek? strangely enough i installed (FULL) windows vista. i was still able to see the files with the trial version. but after purchasing the full version i'm unable to see those files. is there a correalation? - thanks Last edited by thisanity; 04-10-2007 at 01:46 PM. |

Hi,
Please start from the begining and tell me.... 1. How were your files lost? 2. What type of files are lost? 3. What type of media they were lost from? Recover My Files does not change the contents of the drive being searched, so you can run as many different searches as you like. If you run a search using Recover My Files in evaluation mode, you DO NOT have to run another search - just enter the product activation key into the program to activate the ability to save files.
