ok. that would seem right. but also since i gave up to putting it to a dvd and decided to put it to my other hard drive i seem to run into some other trouble. it says i "cannot create file." i thought it would run while i was at work and come back a completed file recovery. it is cool that it didnt happen but i seem to be pressing ok like a ton i dont know how much but it is a lot i dont mind pressing it but maybe when u come out with a new update to the program maybe have the cannot create file at the very end and list all the files or something like that so if anybody else wants to run it and then come back to it it will at least be done nad they can see a list or something. i know it might not be posssible but it is an idea. i love this software. i have 99% of files. i lost 1 folder that is it and i am sure it is my fault and some how got trasted but it is cool. but yea. i like the software a ton. but idk how to go fourth talking to ur software development? is there a direct way? or no? but this software saved my life at home and i am going to recommend this software to my work. so if u can get back to me either by email or on this fourm at chriswa2002@yahoo.com

thank you so much
have a good night
