Product suggestion

Hi there,

After a traumatic 3 days of attempting to recover my files I was relieved to see that Recover My Files had successfully found and restored much of my hard drive. When the hard drive crashed, I lost the Boot file and could not access windows XP at all. So I went ahead and formatted and reinstalled windows. I then jumped on my laptop praying that I would find a program such as this one. Because I knew that the format and reinstall of WIndows could affect the file recovery I did not install my graphics card, instead I was running off of the VGA on the motherboard. This said, the display was a little screwy through out the recover process.

As I was saving the files to my external hard drive, I kept receiving a message that stated: Could not create File " (the quote marks appeared) this was fine as I was more concerned about a certain folder that contained my final essay for one of my university courses! However, I had to sit there an keep pressing OK to tell the program to keep going... in addition the window that would pop up was so long I had to drag it accross the screen in order to get to the OK button, therefore my suggestion is...

Please add the option to tell the program to perform the same action every time the error is encountered.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I teach entry level computer sciences and I will definitly be sharing my story with my students and suggesting that they buy this product. Thank you!
