Hi there,
ok, thanks, I understand now.. But it could be possible to select "search for lost text files with opera signature" in the file type selection separately and not by default, even if you select all file types for an search.. So you have to manual activate the search for opera string/signature and this would be more easily to handle.. ![]() (And would protect newbies from select the search for Opera session files, if they select all file types/extensions, because you have to activate the search for Opera session files manually and extra..!) And btw. what is when an Opera session file is broken or the file structure is partially overwritten..? Will RMF still find it as text file even if there is a mixture of text and picture or other information in the lost file..? ![]() For this we need special routines, I hope in RMF 4 you will integrate them.. ![]() So such files can be partially recovered. I hope you understand what I mean and you get it, because I'm from Germany and my english isn't that good.. Thanks in advance! best regards, PSchuetz |
