Hey, how can i recover office 2007 word files ( .docx)??? I only find .doc files...
I forgot to make a copy of them after my format ( it wasnt a low format). Should i do scan in physical drive or c: ?? (my files were in c ![]() [[]] all Last edited by rage2win; 11-10-2007 at 05:28 PM. |

If you ran a Fast Format or a Complete Format Recover you should have found ALL file types in Folder View of the results screen.
If you want to do a "Complete File Search" specifically for deleted Office 2007 .docx files, then search for Zip files. The new docx is actually a Zip file format (we won't differentiate the two in the program until we release Recover My Files version 4 next year). You will need to preview them in the Recover My Files results screen to see their content, and then once saved, change the extension for zip to docx. Good luck.
