Default Please help

I had an error on my computer tried to use HP's recovery to fix it. It seems to have partitioned my hard drive into 2 drives labled F(HP recovery) and G (local drive). I took the hardware out and am acessing it by usb on my laptop. I downloaded the program; scanned my drive, but was not able to previewthe files received the corrupt file when tring to preview. I then purchased the program and began to save the files The problem is the files are not viewable; I got a message not able to view. Tried to rescan my hard drive G section with the program and now the program will not even scan the drive. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Default Data Recovery

When you run Recover My Files and click on Fast Format Recover, are you able to see the "physical" problem drive listed in the drive selection window?

If so, run a "Fast Format Recover" on the physical drive and tell us the results.

Thank you.
