Default Recover My Files
One of my customers is getting a -

“CDDRIVE:Recover My Files\en\RecoverMyFiles-Setup-en.exe is not a valid Win32 application.”

When trying to install this software. Would this indicate a faulty installation CD?

Default Data Recovery
It does not sound like the program has been installed properly. Uninstall it and then try again.
