You cannot stop the small JPEGs from being found. However, you can use the Filter Button to filter the search results by file size.
You can also sort files in the results screen by double clicking on the column heading - e.g. click on the file size column to sort by size and you will find that you can then easily ignore all the small internet graphics.

from what i've gathered on the internet forums recovering jpegs from a formatted drive with recovery programs results in corruption (well they were visible prior to formatting).
So my question is what can I do to help with this problem? I have a tried a number of jpeg fix programs after the data is recovered, but with zero results. |

Recovering JPEGs from a formatted drive is a straight forward process and you should be able to find and open all jpeg files.
Use Recover My Files (www.recovermyfiles.com) and run a Complete Format Recover of the physical drive for the default selected file types. You should be able to preview the files found in the Recover My Files results screen. Once you have purchased an activation key you can then save and open the files.
