Hi Admin
I wonder if your software can help me please? I formated the incorrect drive .....and then started to install windows... i feel well dumb riht now...i have a 360 GB drive partitioned in 2.. As you probably know windows software limitation only recognises 130GB in total of a drive until SP2 is instaled. So i formated it as a 130GB as my only option on the pre instalation of windows XP.... At this stage my questions are: Can i still recover the HDD? Will it bring the 2 partitions with the data? I am installing windows from fresh on te right HDD so soon i will be able to know if this 360 GB is still partitioned or not. What are my changes if i puchase your product? thank you for taking your time ![]() |

Hi,
Yes, you should be able to get the data from both partitions back. I suggest you run a Complete Format Recover using Recover My Files (http://www.recovermyfiles.com) and in the drive selection window you should see the option to search the "physical" drive. This physical drive should show at the correct size. Search only for the default selected file types. In the progress window you will see a figure for OS Items Found. Each OS item represents a single file with its full file and folder name. At the end of the search the program will use the OS items to rebuild the file system. Good luck.
