About upgrade policy

Could you tell me: Recover My Files Data Recovery support lifetime free upgrade policy ?

Currently we provide free updates until the next major version release (i.e. from version 3 to version 4).

Version 4 will be released later in 2008 (no date set yet).

When we go to version 4, recent customers will get a free upgrade (i.e. purchased within 6 months of release) and customers prior to this will get a special upgrade price (the pricing of r version 4 has not yet been set).

A purchase of Version 4 will include 12 months upgrades, and then you can purchase an additional 12 month upgrade at any time.

Whilst we have tried to avoid paid updates in the past, this is the only model that will allow us to continue to provide 24 hour support. We currently have a support team in the USA and Australia, and plan with the release of verison 4 to provide a third support team in Europe.
