Good afternnon
I have been searching for deleted pictures since this morning. I have 90% of them ,BUT several are coming up as a corrupt files The ones I am missing I have editied in Paint shop pro and re saved as a jpeg. I have noticed that nothing I have saved as a JPEG in Paint shop pro is being retreived!! ( paint shop pro file ext have been ticked.)Can anyone shed some light on this. I am using Recover My Files ver 3.98, XP Many thanks, these missing pics are precious, please help

Hi,
It is possible that Paint Shop Pro has changed their file format slightly so that the file header is not being recognized properly. Please email some sample files to me at and I will take a look. Thank you.

Hi Graham
I have emailed the "Lost corrupt files" to you. I cant be 100% certain they are the paintshop pro ones as I cant see them. Many thanks for your help I have included one that was OK so you can see the file name Bernadette

still problems
Hello
Garham has looked at my files and says they are slightly corrupt. He suggested Infranview.... It didnt work, Neither did a program called PicRecovery. Can anyone else help as graham is now overseas. Many thanks Bernadette
