advice on program freezing

Default advice on program freezing
Anybody have any ideas why the program freezes part way through a scan? I can't get any log details because the program doesn't respond. I would guess that the hard drive is bad but would like some other input. thanks.

Default Data Recovery
What version of Recover My Files are you running?

At the top of the program you will see "File | Recover | Help" - Please click on "Help > About" and you will find this information in the program About box.
