Recently my (disk 1) 120 GB file store drive got formatted.
I am still unsure as to how this happened. While reading on CNet I found and downloaded the trial verison of the software. I have ran the complete recover search, which took 60+ hours. In the results screen all files seem to be present but all of them have a size of 1KB. This includes everything from word files to mp3s to jpegs to mpegs. If I purchase the software is it going to be able to restore the entire files, or was there so sort of error durning the instillation of the software or the search that caused this issue? Thank you for any help. |

Saving 1kb files is something that happens when a pirate version of our software is being used.
Yes, if you purchase and install a legitimate copy then you will be able to save your files. 60+ hours is too long for a Complete Format Recover. Do not include MP3 files in your search. Use only the default selected file types.
