I recently destroyed my set of partitions on a 1tb raid 0 array. I accidentally deleted the primary partition which basically made the entire 1tb unallocated.
So far what i have done is only taken the unallocated space and made it all into 1 huge drive. I did the quick format on it so i could open it (probably didnt need to) but that shouldnt have touched anything on the partitions that were previously there. My "important datawas on the last half of that array aswell so im thinking even creating a new MBR for that Hard drive should not have touched any important data. My question is what would the best settings be to recover my data? The files should all be there as i have not done any formatting on the areas that contained data nor have i copied ANYTHING to that drive since this mistake was made. |

Hi,
Download Recover My Files and first try the "Fast Format Recover" on the physical drive. If this does not work, next try the "Complete Format Recover" on the physical drive searching only for the default selected file types.
