re-installed windows lost files!

Ok my outlook stopped working and was missing dll files I tried
everything to fix it and nothing worked so my sister said I should
(re-install windows) that I wouldnt lose my data! well I installed
(not formatted) and I lost everything!! I have been trying everything
to get these files back but im losing hope I have
(windows me) is there anything I can do to get these files back???

Download Recover My Files from www.recovermyfiles.com and do a "Complete File Search" of the new drive letter for .pst files (Microsoft Outlook). Did you find any?

no i installed windows cuz my outlook wasnt working
since the reinstall its working but all my old files are
gone now..im downloaing the program right now btw

ok its scanning..and it looks like its only finding stuff on
my comp now what do i do?

umm im not sure if im using this right..all its finding is new stuff..how do i find my old pics that i had before i installed windows?

Start the program and run a "Complete File Search";
In the drive selection screen, put a tick in the box next to the "C:\".;
Do NOT add a folder to the search (if you do you will be searching "active" files in that folder);
In the file selection list, under the email section put a tick next to the Outlook PST file type;

Run this search.
