Default not scanning my disk

hi,

i am not able to scan any of my hard drives gien below is the event log

Error reading MFT: 0
Error reading NTFS Master File Table.
Not able to initialise drive D
Drive = D:
Bytes Per Sector = 30208
Cluster Size = 3564544
Total Sectors = 8463800222054970741
Total Clusters = 71727120525889582
Sectors Per Cluster = 118
0:30326:0:0
All searches completed.
A total of 0 file(s) were located.
Time Elapsed: 0.000783333333333333 (mins)

i am using win 2000..and recover my files version 3.98 and updated till date

please help

Default Data Recovery

Hi,

It does not sound like your drive is being recognized properly by your PC. What does it say in MYCOMPUTER > MANAGE > DISK MANAGEMENT ?

hi when i got to settings -administrative tools-diskmanagement. it says drive c d e and f are helthy and with ntfs file system.

please help

Default Data Recovery

Run a "Complete Format Recover" (there are instructions in a the post on the first page of this forum). When you get to the drive selection window, select and scan the physical drive.
