Default MS Word Lost Data

Hi to All,

I have a bit of problem. The other day I was cleaning up my computer. Going through all files and folders. Cleaned files, cleaned recycle bin. Then I realized that I accidentally deleted a very important Word file. Being frantic I restarted my computer and pressed F10 on my HP PC. Hopping that I can roll-back changes that I just made. Computer prompted with a message saying that all my files will stay in place. I pressed OK. After all nothing happed. I got my PC system restored but file was still missing.
How can I recover my file with Data Recovery software? And, can I recover it at all?

Thank you very much to you all.

There is a good chance you will get your file back. Download Recover My Files from www.recovermyfiles.com and run a "Complete File Search" or your C: drive for Word documents. Preview the files found to see if you can see it - the file may have losts its original names so check files called "Recovered_Word_X".
