Hi,
The easiest thing to start with is to first look in your exiting IE "index.dat" files. These are an interesting, and relatively unknown hidden Windows files, that hang around in the background of your PC collecting information about where you have been. If you use Google to search for information about "WinSpy index.dat" you should find all you need to know to easily collect information you need.
