I bought this program yesterday to tri to save some of the data that had accidentaly been formatted on a usb storage disk 80GB.
When i run a "complete format recover" it seem to find the most of it, but when i save it to disk it comes up with one folder named "lost folders" one with "recovered fat partition 1" and "recovered ntfs partition 1". Under the lost folders, i have a lot of subfolders named "[dir0000xxxx]" I find lot of stuff everywhere, but is there someway that i can save the files so the structure of the folders will be the same as it where original ? In the Recover My Files results screen look in "Folder View" to see how much of your folder structure can be recovered. If you save files from "Folder View" and you will save this folder structure.
Folder names can easily be destroyed in a format. If Recover My Files cannot get the original name because it has been destroyed then it will call it "DirXXX".
