Need some help on recovery of files

Dear All,

Please can somebody help with any instructions how to complete some things.
I have OS Vista Buss with sp1 but i re installed everything and need to recover all lot of files, like doc, mbd, xls, but also 2007 office files, docx, xlsx, and more. How to do that with Recovery My Files i have bought and need to save.

Looking forward for any tips.

Thanks for your reply. But i need some files and i can see online recoverd text documents. No word docs or Excel files or Access files.
( i mean also the new office files 2007 docx, xlsx, etc)

I already saved to a cd, but what now.
How can i convert it to normal files so i can recover everything what i lost.
