Out of Memory

I haved bought a few months a go the program for recovering deleted files or formated drives.

Now I have a drive from 160GB that is formated and i want to recover some files.
When I am recovering the fysical drive totaly I get the message after a wile "out of memory".I have already updated the version to the newest one.

My PC has 2GB RAM and an decent CPU

????
