Default Instructions?
Is there anyway to get step by step insturctions on how to recover files? I do the search but then I am stumped. Saving the files doesn't show much. I think someone said something about importing the files? Please can someone assist me? Thank you.

There are step by step instructions in the Help file - have you tried this?
