can i recover my data......
I have a westeren digital my book. Had it for bout two years dnt know if it has been dropped to many times or what, but the light comes on and wont go off unless umplugged from main outlet and also when plugged back up when it first come on i can hear sound like the fan then tick tick tick and nothing like the fan is not spinning can i recover my picture,documents,and music

Data Recovery
It sounds to me like your drive has physical errors and you will need a hardware data recovery service to try and get your data back. This can be an expensive exercise.
